At R&M Leathers, we take pride in the quality of our leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
